Day 24 -Wood's End to Postwick Wharf

Tuesday 23rd October 2018 - Day 24 - Wood's End to Postwick Wharf.

Finally, my first trip out on the Southern Broads network. First thing I realised was the size of the river and the fact that parts of it are used for water skiing - something I have always wanted to try.

Anyway, it was extremely windy today for my first trip down this river making it very interesting collecting the rubbish. Although I didn't find much rubbish on the river I was gutted to find loads of rubbish in the car park area of Postwick Wharf. It appears that it is a place for locals to dump rubbish despite the fact there are signs displayed to say they will be fined if caught.
